Cancellation Policies

Private Session Reschedule & Cancellations

  • 24-hour cancellation/reschedule window for all Private and Semi-Private Sessions
    If you late cancel/reschedule or no-show you will incur full charge.
  • Notifications

We’ll send you an email reminder 48 hours before your appointment or class. We are not responsible for any bounced or failed communications (so be sure to check your spam and junk folders!).

Late Session Arrivals
Save fashionably late for your dinner date and please arrive on time for your scheduled session. If you are more than 10 minutes late, your instructor will decide if it’s safe and appropriate for you to join the session.

Cell Phone Policy
We aim to create a quiet, peaceful, and distraction-free Pilates practice space. We kindly ask you to silence your cell phone when you arrive at the studio so you (and the others around you) can be fully present for the session. We provide cubbies to keep your personal belongings safe while you enjoy some me-time.

Payments & Refunds
All sales are non-refundable. Payment will be processed 23 hours prior to your session. A credit card must be kept on file to reserve your appointment.
